Before departure
Share your passenger count, whether children are joining and any specific needs. Confirm the meeting point, times, required documents and onboard provisions. Discuss meals and activities in advance rather than assuming an unconfirmed service is included.
A route suited to conditions
Suggest stops and swimming plans. The skipper adapts the route to conditions, local rules and available time. Safety comes first, so plans may change. Bring sun protection and suitable clothing and follow the onboard briefing.
